Privacy notice
Draft for review — please have this checked against the Botswana Data Protection Act, 2024 before launch.
What we collect
- Searches: the text and criteria you enter, so we can return results and improve coverage. We don't need your name to search.
- Contact requests: your name, email or phone and message — only when you ask a seller to contact you and tick the consent box.
- Saved searches: your email and criteria, only when you choose to save a search.
- Usage: anonymous counts of listing views and clicks to original adverts and websites.
Who we share it with
A contact request is shared only with the estate agent who published that advert. We don't sell personal information or share it with other businesses.
Your choices
You can ask us to stop alerts, correct or delete your details at any time through the contact page.
