How it works
BuySell is a property discovery and matching service. We help you find adverts; the estate agent who placed the advert handles the sale or rental.
1. Tell us what you want
Type it the way you'd say it: “a 3-bedroom house in Phakalane under P2.5 million” or “a plot near Mogoditshane”. The assistant asks only the questions that would really change the results, and you can skip any of them.
2. We search indexed listings
BuySell searches property listings collected from participating estate agents, approved feeds and sources whose terms allow it. We do not search every website in Botswana, and we never show made-up examples.
Your budget, location and other must-haves are treated as hard limits. Results are then ranked by how well they match, how recently they were checked and how complete the advert is.
3. Availability, honestly labelled
- Confirmed current — the participating seller or its feed has confirmed it within the last week.
- Recently checked online — we checked the original advert in the last two weeks.
- Availability unconfirmed — we haven't been able to confirm it recently. Check with the seller.
Adverts marked as sold or removed stop appearing.
4. Go to the original advert
Every result links straight to the original advert. If you'd like the estate agent to call you, use “Ask this agent to contact me” — we only share your details with that one business, and only after you agree.
